Memorial Service-Community Service Event

Our chapter has donated $300 towards the Sacred Journey Memorial Service that will be held Oct 19, 2014 at Nash Farms in Hampton, GA

Fall Memorial Service will be NEXT SUNDAY October 19 at Nash Farms in Hampton at 2 pm.

Please RSVP so we know you're coming for planning purposes to Leslie Moore, RN ANP-BC  (lmoore@sjh1.com)  Typically the staff is there setting up and cleaning up after the services, serving food and just mingling with the Guests.  They have a chance to speak about their loved ones, interact and mingle with other families.
