Hello to all Members, Student Members and Followers,
We wanted to thank all of those who helped put together another successful Transitions Day! We look forward to having all of the students graduate and celebrate advance practice and it's vital role in our healthcare delivery system.
We are already recruiting for next years team for the Fifth Annual Transition Day! Keep us in mind if you are looking for ways to be active within the chapter.
