Transitions Day is an UAPRN Atlanta tradition that provides essential clinical pearls to graduating NP students for navigating the first year of clinical practice. Topics covered range from clinical resources to negotiating contracts. Lunch included! This year we have partnered with UAPRN's ELEVATE program. ELEVATE is a 9-month program for new nurse practitioners to help with the transition into the first year of clinical practice.
